The big bad Werewolf appeared in the Tenth Doctor adventure Tooth and Claw (2006). An evil cult conspires against Queen Victoria and sets the alien Werewolf free at Torchwood House to infect her. It's up to the Doctor and Rose to keep her Majesty safe and defeat the cult.
