- Some regions are not serviced due to elevated fraud rates and low historical demand for these products
- Customs, duties, and taxes are the responsibility of the customer

## Returns

Returns are accepted on items that are unopened and in original, resellable condition. The customer is responsible for return shipping. Refunds cover the item price only, not the original shipping cost. Opened items are not eligible for return.

## Product Condition Policy

ToyShnip does not grade items as "mint" and does not guarantee mint condition. All inventory arrives sealed from authorized distributors and is visually inspected before shipment for major packaging issues such as creases, crushed corners, or visible damage. Minor cosmetic imperfections that do not affect the product or its sealed packaging are not grounds for return.
